Dreamcase (Garou)

The Dreamcast version is a ok port but there are some problems:
-sounds are out of sync -slow downs during certain stages and also during special/super moves -missing some frames -timings are different for certain moves
Besides those things it is still very playable, but you have to just adjust yourself from those problems listed.
