Character Bio
A citizen of the mysterious Great Cat's Garden. There are more than one Neko-Arcs, the playable one is considered as Neko-Arc 3. Neko-Arc is said to have unknown magical powers. Kohaku has an irrational fear of Neko-Arc.
Neko-Arc is considered more of a joke character, and is bottom tier.
